Waited on the phone over an hour to find out what's taking so long with my case cause my Interview was a week ago,turned in the paper the same day still nothing,Friday case worker is not even at work but the front desk says it's gonna take 7 to 10 business days cause she have a lot of paperwork but she is not at work,How do u have all these people waiting for assistance and ur not at work,This place need to be shut down,They do what they want to do when they want to do it and do care about the needs of the community

Absolutely VILE in every way. Was discriminated against because of my race. I have filed THREE complaints and nothing. They refuse to do their jobs, have ZERO accountability, claim to always lose paperwork. Turned in the same paperwork SIX times, along with taking pics/videos. They do whatever they want. You are at their mercy. No supervisor, no way to contact. Basically like a third world country.

Now I'm just getting really mad at them I hate that they help people super fast that aren't actually hurting but when it comes to people who really need the food and are down to nothing they wait until the very last day.
Was supposed to receive stuff in the mail never received it ask the post office they never received anything so I went online and got the forms myself and sent them in called and there's nothing they can do to see if they received it wouldn't put me through to a caseworker they're worthless honestly. You can tell that the workers have never struggled a day in their lives
EDIT: a year later and the same thing. Went to redo my paperwork like you do every year and got denied because they never called so I called them then never received the paperwork in the mail so I had to find it for myself again. Now it’s been two weeks and still nothing after sending in the paperwork. I just don’t understand them.

I applied in early November, turned in ALL required documents they asked for..they lost everything! So my application was denied due to their negligence. I REAPPLIED November 28th, took photos and videotaped everything including me dropping in the box and signing the book. I have heard nothing back. Nobody will answer the phone and it sends me to an automated information line that can’t answer any questions. If I was a different color, owned a Mercedes’, had 2 full time jobs I would have had them the same day without turning in any proof of anything. I have filed a formal complaint to Montgomery. Twice!!!!

I'm sorry that you guys aren't being properly represented here! These people are amazing and ALWAYS on time! They are also understanding, easy to get in touch with, and always on point! I've been receiving Food Stamps for five years now and I've never ever had an issue with anything going wrong with them. To call on racism here is ignorance, most of the workers are beautiful black women who do not discriminate. Soooo, I'm just not sure where these people are getting their information from! Come on ya'll, back me up! If youre getting Food Stamps from here and agree POST SOMETHING! PLEASE GIVE THESE PEOPLE SOMETHING BETTER THAN THIS GARBAGE! Geez.

Long phone call wait times an they take forever to get your information entered to the system due to them moving slow my case was closed sent in required paperwork an going on 2 weeks no word y'all really need to do better when peiple are out here struggling an actually being honest stop acting like the EBT coming from out of y'all's pockets

I reported my card stolen on July 29. Its September 1st and I still haven't received it. Went to the office where I was told they do not keep cards in the building, or to order another USING A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?!! (Isnt that fraud?)...or simply just keep ordering them until one comes. So here I am with my four teenagers, been eating sandwiches and noodles for almost two months now. Thanks for the help yall!
