Horrible customer service from some employees at the location. Not happy with service. They treated me horribly. I received discrimination from the Madera Parent Planned Hood location several times from the employee Mary and the site supervisor.

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:45. Waited as patiently as possible with the understanding that appointments run later than planned and that creates a domino effect for following appointments. I was called back at 11:45 just to be told that there was only one provider and I would still be waiting 30 min longer. After I mentioned the fact that I’ve waited an hour just to be called back I was told by the nurse and front desk receptionist to come back later today or tomorrow. Poor communication and ugly attitudes. Do not recommend this location.

Only issue is the wait time when it’s particularly busy.

I take my HRT from here, but I have never once felt judged for it here. The doctors are great, the staff in general and nice and understand. It’s a small comfort in conservative Madera.

I got my Paragard inserted at this location back in May. I think about what a great thing it is all the time. What a scary procedure but the nurse practitioner and her assistant helped me through every bit of it. I was nervous, I was scared, and embarrassed/vulnerable (I was half naked after all) the assistant held my hand and spoke of every step I was going through the procedure. It took a about an hour to get it in because my cervix was super tight but they never lost patience with me, showed any frustration, and remained warm, caring, and supportive. For that I am TRULY truly grateful. I have no doubt I was in the best hands possible that day. Keep up the great work, the women out here need people like you!! THANK YOU

I put that he was male on the forms and they try forcing us to pick a gender identity like they think everyone is partisapating..... I think it's wrong if we don't want to participate in and just say he is male then leave us alone
