Had an ultrasound appointment for my 4 months old baby. I was advised to take my daughter for an ultrasound appointment for her spine. I was told to put my daughter on her tummy and my daughter was on her tummy for about 15 minutes. And u know babies that small can't be on there tummy for a long period. The women, then said to pick up my daughter and that she would be right back. She came back with another guy because she needed help. Once again I put my baby on her tummy, he then proceeded to do his job and my daughter was on her tummy another 10 minutes when she started to get tired and cry a lot. I told the guy if he was almost done. He said it would be another 20 minutes or so. I immediately picked her up and told them I was not going to leave my daughter in her tummy for another 20 minutes. I thought these people were crazy and careless. They didn't care if she was crying and tired while in her tummy. I didn't care about there stupid procedure I got my daughter and left. Stand up for your kids when there uncomfortable or in pain. I did. They don't care about your kids they just want to get the job done.

Terrible medical care, they made me wait 3 hours in the emergency room with my autistic son, who has a fever, earache, headache, cough... 3 weeks ago I was here with the girl and they said it was just a cold and the girl It got worse, I feel very bad about the poor service of the hospital and the personal doctor... I have asked many times and they say that there is a more important emergency when I see healthy children enter who are playing in the hallway. I don't know how to express myself but it is an act of little humanity being a child with autism and little tolerance for waiting…. I don't feel empathy

No stars! This place is horrible. From my first experience til now over 7 years. Scheduling an appointment with his doctor there (because my son has multiple primary doctors at different hospitals) is damn near impossible. It’ll be scheduled 2-3 months out which would be fine if he didn’t cancel the appointments as often as he does most the time the same day or a couple of days before and then try to reschedule for a few days later. Like why? 2-3 months that’s more then enough time to let us know in advance ur cancellation why wait til last minute? We’ve learned that we should wait a week before we schedule the time off work just to make sure he doesn’t cancel before that which like I said cancels most the time on the appointment day or a day or two prior Which doesn’t work for us because like adults we have to work. We don’t have the luxury to just call off at any time. As most if not all of my vacation or sick leave is reserved for when my son has an emergency as for my wife she’s in the medical field and has to move her patients around to schedule the appointment time off. If he needs to see u immediately and we can’t do something the same day or the next day because I mean we have to work it’s almost like he’s guilt tripping me and my wife like we’re bad parents because we can’t do it on HIS time. Im not going to apologize for the fact that me and my wife want to schedule the same day off so we both can be present and discuss our plans and concerns as a family with my son’s doctor. We’re so done with my sons doctors at valley childrens and trying to change doctors there is beyond ridiculous and just as much frustrating. We’re told we have to schedule an appointment which will we know just be pushed back to whenever we can actually see him. But whenever that happens we have to tell him why we’re opting out of his care at which point he will give us a list of recommended Doctors that we can choose from. Like we want his recommendations. I’ve nvr had to schedule an appointment to simply change doctors. I’m so done with Valley children’s!

Last time I give to kids day. I wonder if the CEO gives to kids days. All our money goes straight to his pocket little short weasel Todd. It's probably a good old boys thing, family or buddies sit on the board and get just as much kick backs as him. It's all the staff that give the hard work yet merits are held and the low paying wage is what keeps his pockets fat.

I cannot encourage this enough, but THANK YOU VALLEY CHILDRENS!! Thank you Thank you! For every single little thing you have done for my child and myself! You guys created comfort, attentiveness and hope for my child. Your nurses and doctors went above and beyond for my child and myself when we were in the critical care. The staff was so loving and just so supportive and kind to the car accident my child and myself were in. I couldn’t say anything else, but thank you!
