this company discriminate"s supervisor Luis Santana had a issu with me because i reported him with the company after he didn't negotiate on how much they where going to pay the people that are picking the almonds with the pickup machin so when i called the office they asked me for my name had no choice but to tell them 2 weeks later im driving a sweeper and i hit a tree and made a small dent on the machin so i had to reported and when Luis faund out it was me he made sure i was out and Santino backed him up all the wey he asked me that i had to do a drug test and i told him for what it was a accident and he said that was what Luis wanted and also he said that i was going to get suspended so i sing the warning paper thinking it was just for the suspention but after i singed it and read it it said that i refussed the drug screend but this other guy thats working day shift wrecked the same type of machine with a telephone pole didnt get a warning,drug tested or suspended is still working there are 5 people that have damaged machine's and not one of them is gone only me iv never gotten a warning or nothing but on the first one i get all this bull sh....
