Our family system has been tested to the limits with many different forms of dysfunction, and it was only by an incredible stroke of luck and chance that we found ourselves in the care of Dr. Steve Diggs, as well as other clinicians at Nysa Therapy, after many years of ongoing struggle. I have all good things to say about Nysa Therapy! Dr. Diggs and Gabby are both wonderful and skillful therapists who have helped me through some of the toughest years of my life. I have truly started to heal and have made so much progress while working with Dr. Diggs. Nysa Therapy is full of the best people you’ll ever meet. The bonus is they are great therapists and great at what they do. Thanks to Suzanne Papini and Dr Diggs I have been able to live a better quality of life. Before this I had never thought about therapy. Then I lost someone unexpectedly. Dr. Diggs, with NYSA Therapy, is an amazing healer. I went into his office in 2012, a borderline personality with a dying husband and severe childhood trauma. I was also suicidal. I have been a long time patient of Dr. Stephen Diggs and cannot recommend him more highly. Not only does he use sound methods of therapy that have been fundamental in my ability to manage life, but he has shown up for me again and again often during times of spontaneous need or when I am under a particularly stressful moment in life. Kate saved my life, in every sense of the phrase. I had seen so many ineffective therapists that I became extremely cynical about therapy in general. Utterly sick of paying for someone to just provide me support but never actually enable deep change in me.
