It would make me happy if everyone took this class whether it's a first time or a refresher. During our training, the instructor (Aaron Hernandez) dispelled common myths I held about how to administer aid to yourself or someone else, and provided the proper techniques and responses. He also moved along at a pace that kept me engaged and interested. Even if you don't plan to administer first aid, it's a great class to take just so you know the the most updated ways of helping yourself in certain situations (I learned that techniques are updated regularly based on real world situations and feedback). I highly recommend this Kiser training.

Awesome class! Trims the fat and gets right down to the meat of BLS. Concepts are backed by the instructors experience in the field. From someone who has sat through 4 to 6 hour classes for the last 20 years, this was refreshing and time well spent. I will definitely renew with Kiser CPR next time!

Instructor Aaron was awesome! Very informative, knowledgeable of basic/advanced procedures, easy going and answered every and any questions asked. Definitely recommend this class and instructor for anyone looking to get CPR certified.
