Nice folks but be wary of getting certified through them. They instructed me to pay $200 for my son's PADI course to get him started. They explained they'd be notified of his completion and then contact me to schedule in- person training then test. I'm assuming, due to Covid, they never called. I tried to follow up, left a few messages-- no response. I feel like I wasted $200 bucks. 😔

A solid selection of products and Rich and Eric (the owners) are knowledgeable and willing to work with people to make sure you get what you actually need for what you're wanting to do. Pricing is also reasonable with things like tank refills costing $10 and options to get punch cards if you intend to refill lots of tanks there. They also offer rentals for any gear you might not already have or dont want to purchase and certifications if you're new to diving or want to increase your skills.

Altogether a solid option.

Rich has the best scuba shop in town. I'm just getting back into diving and he really helped me out getting my gear back into good condition and actually got me excited about diving after a few years of the gear being hung up in the closet. His shop is clean, organized and his gear is fairly priced. He can order anything you need to get in the water. There are other shops that I've been to, but this is the one that I'll exclusively be giving my business to in the future.

Had a great trip through scuba hut. They were super supportive and easy to get a hold of to ask questions and get clarification. Will definitely keep my eye out for future trips they put together.

Nice store with plenty of parking space in front of it. It is in a sort of warehouse and the entrance of the store is not very obvious. Inside is spacious with a good selection of mask, fins and diving accessories. Snorkels choices are limited. Small selection of interesting flashlight. Staff is nice and courteous. I went there for a tank refill and service was fast. As of April 2019 cost for a 3000psi refill is $10 and for a 4500psi refill is $15. They also offer a wide variety of services like tank inspection, tank recertification. Only issue is strange opening hours.

I had a great experience learning from the professional staff at scuba hut! After getting my open water PADI certification here I was very comfortable taking a dive trip to Cozumel, Mexico and had all of the necessary skills and training to dive safely!
