We've been using BrightStar for to care for my elderly father for months. We are so grateful to have MaryJane helping us out. She is prompt, thorough, and she seems to really care about our dad. We especially appreciate that she lets us know how's he's doing and leaves us notes about his health and mood. She even put together a pretty bouquet of flowers for him from his backyard flowers.

Thank God for BrightStar. They make things easier in a possibly difficult time of life. They are always reachable when you need them, they are on top of things and are very flexible. They have got your back.

We’ve been with them for over 10 years now and they have a great team like the client Care Manager Dominic in the office, who checks in once a week if not more and Jack and so many others. BrightStar has been only getting stronger with time.

Our most recent group of care givers are some of the best we’ve had.
Adrienne has been with us the longest and is like a family member. We feel safe with her if we have to go out of town for a few days to have her be with Mom. She helps with all aspects of living, … taking Mom to the doctors, out to lunch, shopping, or even just a drive in the car.

Camille, Shinga and Damalli are also wonderful caregivers!
We are so lucky to have come across BrightStar Care. It makes are lives so much more breathable and bright.

My Caregiver is Carmen. She came here with a smile on her face, and jumped right at caring for me. My feeling is she is now a part of our family. I dont think you could have sent me a better Caregiver. She is very smart and easy to talk to. When you ask her to do something for us, there is no hesitation. Brightstar has excellent nurses who have taken great care of my son. It’s tough to find skilled, professional nurses who also really care about and form a bond with their patients. Bright Star seems to attract great people, their office staff are responsive. My son’s nurse Natie is awesome, here are a couple of pics of them out on a walk together. She’s the best!
