The shipping representative here was proactive and amazing. I had a shipping code from a third party retailer that was made three days prior, upon scanning the QR code he realized that the shipping codes with this third party expire quickly and helped me find a workaround, emailing it to the fedex store to print at no addition cost. Grateful for his service!

This Saturday afternoon, I went to this location try to package up and send some items. I asked the male employee at the counter for suggestions, he seemed helpful at first. But after I kindly deneied one of his much over sized packaging idea over a smaller, and better fitting bag, he looked annoyed and turned argumentive. He redicued me to I ask his opinion, but had not taken his suggest. His attitude was unpleasant thereafter.

I give 2 stars this time, because I previously had good experiences with other employees there.

I've gone to this location many times, and I'm pretty disappointed with my most recent experience. I called ahead of time to ask about printing custom stickers. They quoted me one price, I asked if it was something I could do in-store with an associate, and they said yes. I drove to the location and they just gave me a website to go to once I got there to create it, they told me I could pay to use a computer to prepare it, but I just did it on my phone while standing there, which i could've done at home. Once they printed the stickers, it was about 4 times what i was quoted, and they said that's because the papers also have a separate charge from the print. I paid the extra, but had i known the real price difference when i first called, i would've just ordered them elsewhere for a fraction of the price.
