What better way, than to start your day, with yoga on the beach?! Libby is a wonderful instructor and her classes are perfect for all levels. They usually begin with some stretching, move into a gentle vinyasa flow, and end with a luxurious shavasana. Libby does a nice job explaining all of the postures and often shares some inspirational quotes throughout the class. I always leave feeling completely blissed out and ready for a wonderful day! Bring a big beach blanket and look for Libby with her rainbow tent and tripod (she live streams the classes if you can’t make it to the beach)! 🧘🏼‍♀️ ☀️💖☺️

Started my morning with yoga on the beach with Libby. I'm really not a yoga person, but took my first class with Libby and now want to come every Saturday. We saw dolphins in the ocean, listened to the waves and took slow breaths of the fresh air. It takes yoga to another level. Definitely recommend Beach Yoga Life when you're in LA!

I love Libby’s class! She has such a pure, beautiful soul and reflects positive vibes throughout class. She has A perfect morning sequence that makes me feel I can have a great start to my day. Her adjustments are on point. I would recommend her class for anyone to try ! It seems as though any level learner can adjust to it & just be present. Thank you Libby for sharing your energy💕

Saturday morning yoga with Libby is such a special experience. She has the most calming presence and I always feel better afterwards. It really is a class that you feel lucky to be apart of. With your feet in the sand as you stare out at the ocean, it’s hard to leave at the end. Some lucky days, we even see dolphins as we move through our poses!

As someone who has suffered with back issues for years and been through surgeries, I am that guy who can proudly say “yoga has changed my life.“ Since beginning my yoga practice, I’ve noticed a great improvement in my quality of life and the weekly sessions on the beach are a perfect tonic for all the ills of the world. What could be better than hearing crashing waves, a gull crying out, and dolphins in the distance all while breathing and stretching?! Yep, not much.
