The opposite of professional. Interpersonal skills and communication lacking. Parents have children enrolled for First Class Pre-k, but were never informed that this facility is no longer a part of that program (likely because of the probation status that parents were also left to figure out on their own). A child development center with a director who voiced herself that she does not allow teachers to discuss children with their actual parents. Yet, they think it’s okay to go behind a parent’s back to discuss that parent and child with someone else. One star is one too many for this place.
