First and foremost Coach Sam is kind and wonderful with children. He understands how to communicate with them. Sam is one of the most professional coaches we have worked with. He’s all about teaching the kids what being on a team means. Most important all the kids are having so much fun and wanting more when the class ends. The kids adore him and love participating in his classes. Thank you for being awesome! We love our weekly sessions with Coach Sam!

We love Coach Sam and his team! They create such a fun (and funny!), warm, and inviting environment. The program is an excellent introduction to sports for little ones. We were looking for a developmentally-appropriate sports experience for our preschooler, and this was exactly that. There are no harsh methods, no harsh punishments, simply an instilling of a love for sports and a focus on sportsmanship. They learn a little bit of everything by switching sports every 5 weeks, and all through really fun, age-appropriate versions of the sports. My son is slow to warm up to new activities, and prefers to observe for some time before deciding whether to join or not. Coach Sam never pressured him, he would simply keep gently encouraging him to join, slowly gaining his trust. Well, soon enough, my son joined and loved it. He ended up taking his class year-round for 3 years, at which point he simply aged out of it. I couldn't recommend the program enough, and can't wait for my younger son to be old enough to join!

Coach Sam and Lionheart Fitness have brought my kids so much joy. My son is slow to warm, and has not traditionally loved sports classes. Sam is easy-going and just has a natural way with kids. He knows just how to talk to them to make them feel comfortable. He teaches the kids to be respectful during class but in a way that is so fun… The kids are laughing and having a blast the entire time. My son told me he loves Burpees and Sam’s hilarious warm up activities the very best. Highly recommend!!

Wednesday is our son's favorite day of the week because he gets to see Coach Sam! Lionheart Fitness has such thoughtfully designed classes, with an awesome balance between teaching kids a new sport and making them fall in love with it. There is a real emphasis on teamwork and celebrating each other. Thank you Coach Sam!

Coach Sam is incredible! My son absolutely loves his sports classes with Lionheart and has loved getting introduced to different sports! Coach Sam is amazing with kids and brings such a wonderful energy to each class! I highly recommend Lionheart and Coach Sam for any sports class you need!

Coach Sam and his team are amazing. His programs are fun, educational, and full of energy. Both of my kids enjoy his sports programs, and have learned not only the fundamentals but also sportsmanship. We participate in his programs year round and would highly recommend to anyone with young kids.

Love everything about Lion Heart! Sam is the best coach my son has ever had and we’ve tried so many places - from the time he was 18 months - 5 (now). We started with Sam (& Co.) when my son was 2 and then moved to the other side of the hill, sadly leaving his class behind. After a year (plus Covid) without Sam we lobbied to get him back for a little group we put together ourselves with kids from my son’s preschool and thankfully he said yes! Sam is currently coaching a private basketball class for us and we never want it to end. All the parents in the class want to keep going every time the class ends a session, we may have him wrapped up (one day a week) for a long while! So, call him before he’s waitlist only!

My daughter never laughs as much as with Coach Sam! He is the absolute best to keep them engaged, moving and learning the sports! I love that we do one spot for 6 weeks and switch: cannot recommend Lionheart enough!!!! Thank you Coach Sam!
