My wife and I joined the sister huntington beach location about 1 month ago and we are extremely satisfied by the quality of service from Sean and his team. We have gone up to Marina Del Rey a few times and have had a blast each time. Boat selection is perfect and well maintained. Great job guys!

One of the best decisions I made. Sean was very approachable and easy to communicate with from day one, so are the rest of the captains and the staff. I have lots of respect for the Captains and I admire their approach through training me. Namely Captain Pete, Captain Steve and Captain Aidan. I have never had any experience whatsoever with boating. I have been on those type of boats once before joining freedom boat club and I was a passenger. I am lucky to have my first exposure to boating and learning with them. Despite getting cleared to go out on my own in the advanced Catalina club, I still am looking forward to sped more time with them now and then as it adds to what I have learned each time and an its an advantage that come with the membership.

Boats are immaculate and the woman that checked us in, Becca, was absolutely wonderful. She was very interested in our feedback as reciprocal users and we felt like we were valued, even as non-home club members. We will definitely be back here - the harbor is lovely and of a great size for a harbor cruise. There's also a Trader Joe's close by so you can grab snacks and drinks for your cruise, plus a bunch of restaurants that looked really good.

Just became a new member of FBC of Tampa Bay. I am on business in LA and decided to have my first boat be a reciprocal reservation in Marina del Rey. Every one of those guys were super helpful and nice. Ty took his time showing me everything and answered all my questions. He had Joe helping him from another location and he was just as helpful and they both made me feel super comfortable. Took the boat out for only an hour or so just to know the area for the next time I come to LA. They made me feel like I was at my home base. Great little location and team!

Amazing boating adventure from MDR to Malibu. Views of the coastline are spectacular and we encountered several wildlife sightings along the way. Dockmaster Ty provided outstanding service and was very helpful sharing his knowledge of boating in this area!!
