I am the Operations & Facilities Manager for Chevron in CA. Brightview is one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of working with. Their leadership team with Raul Torres and Doug Carey are the most professional team of leadership I have ever worked with. They respond quickly and complete any task given on a moments notice. Their crew here onsite does an excellent job in keeping the grounds in order here a Chevron. I really like their Quality Site Assessment I receive on a regular basis of what improvements they have made along with showing their workmanship and updates of the property here at Chevron. Job well done..!!

The work is sloppy. Messages left with the company are unanswered. They spray Roundup pesticides everywhere. I asked them not to spray because many of the dogs in the complex eat grass to help with tummy aches. They continue to spray. We used to have a 2-man crew who were friendly and did a good job. Then the contract switched to BrightView and things are worse.

I can say nothing but great things about Brightview, the landscapers assigned along with the leadership of Raul Garcia and the support from Doug Carey have have tremendous and being the Operations Manager here at Chevron I appreciate all the do to keep the landscaping up to par here at Chevron..

They have been “gardening?” our condos for a few weeks....all they do is blow dirt and leaves around the complex , race through the lawn on a speedy driving mower and hack everything with other electric things. They never pull weeds( I don’t think they know what one is) . They blow all the leaves into the neighbors yards. For the amount of time and people they could be quieter and more efficient.

Referred to this owner by a personal friend (of his). Since he was local born and raised, I thought this would be a wonderful service provider to speak to. Spoke with a reasonable turn around time (he called back), pleasant enough. Owner informed me he would "have someone go by" and "get back to me". The next day, there was no follow up. I called him and he said "are you a Realtor? I don't work for Realtors". Now, rather than say, "I have a fee, this is what it is" (to which we would have ABSOLUTELY agreed to), 24 hours after our initial conversation, he left me high and dry....on a time sensitive information quest. Will be calling Traverso next.
