Horrible experience at the Martinez location!!! UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, UNETHICAL, They let my kid sit in jail for about 2 hours without posting the bail. Jail said that my kid was ready but no bail had been posted. This was at 3 pm, when we paid for bail at 5:30 am! At the end of the process the manager, Dre Seeney, comes in, looks at my kid and asks what he did because he looks like a psycho or serial killer when he was there for physical altercation. I said we don't want to talk about it and he said, "ok, I can look it up" when he has no business looking anything up because he did not even help out with the process! Going back and forth with my husband in a very rude and disrespectful manner, not knowing when to stop. The worst customer treatment and service!
