My daughter has grown so much through this program. She started off afraid to put her face under water and now she swims better than anyone else in the family. She does dives and knows different strokes. The teachers are kind and patient. They work magic with these kids. I highly recommend this program.

Mililani YMCA has become a tremendously important force in my continuing cardiac rehabilitation following open heart surgery. I attend two classes daily M-F and have made great strides in recovery. The instructors are incredible and the leaders and staff go above and beyond to assist me.

I take both my kids to the Y for swimming and they absolutely love it. They have learned so much from the teachers who are excellent and experienced swimmers. At the end of each class your child’s instructor will talk about what your child needs to work or focus on. The class sizes are perfect and your child gets enough reps. I highly recommend signing your kids up for the program.
