I have been a Cadet member for just over 2 years.

The Hickam Composite Squadron of the Hawaii Wing Civil Air Patrol has taught me about Aerospace, Leadership, Character Development, Physical fitness, Emergency services, etc.

Throughout my career as a Civil Air Patrol cadet, I have served multiple staff positions ranging from Logistics, Recruitment, Flight Sergeant, Flight Commander, all before I hit my Billy Mitchell Milestone. Now with my Billy Mitchell I am the Hawaii Wing CAC Recorder and Personnel officer. Thank you to all of the opportunities you have given me 066!

These instructions, classes, responsibilities, etc. have taught me to become a better Brother, Son, and hopefully will improve me in my future career as an aspiring USAF pilot and commercial pilot

I’ve been a member here for a while now and I would say that hands down this is the best squadron out there. The friendly atmosphere, quality education, a overall great environment. If you live in Hickman and are age 12 and up and like planes or want to be a pilot this is something you should look into. We are also one the more active squadrons out there.

I was a member of Hickam Composite Squadron from 1990-1995. Off and on due to sports. My dad was Navy. I really loved C.A.P. Wish I would have made more of it. This was by far the best experience I have ever had as a kid. Now I live in Southeast Tennessee. U all have fun, and enjoy your time.
