I had a great experience completing my CPR/AED/First Aid certification with Defib Hawaii! Syrina is super personable and very knowledgable. Her passion for what she does truly shows through her personal anecdotes and the care and attention she gives during this course. There were only three of us in the group, which made it easy to get personalized feedback about what we were doing and have all of our questions answered. I would definitely recommend this course!

Our spa team had an excellent experience with the cpr training by Defib Hawaii! The class was highly detailed and the instructors led us with a high knowledge base and passion for the purpose of preparing us to save lives. This training is so import for everyone.

I normally don't leave any reviews for things but I have to say this class was really helpful. The couple running this program are very knowledgeable and excellent at teaching. I also had to reschedule my class twice due to personal reasons and they were super understanding and flexible with me. I feel more confident as a New Grad after taking the ACLS class! Just come prepared and ready to learn!

This ACLS Class is so amazing!! Mark is such a great teacher. He has several visual aids and walks through each AHA algorithm to help students understand the material! Highly recommend taking this course!

Recently took my PALS and ACLS skills course with Defib Hawaii on different days. I can definitely say I came out of the class feeling confident and that I learned something new. Mark was my instructor for both classes and he was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable about the courses. He broke it down easily for me and made it easy and fun to learn by using simple mnemonics. We went over a lot of different scenarios and even scenarios he went through while working in the hospital. This company definitely has a lot of potential and hopefully, for future classes, we can implement IV and IO insertions since I feel like I need more practice on those and would like to see it put on a mechanical dummy.

Great Class! Booking was super easy, they helped me via phone and set me up to make sure I was getting the classes I needed. Mark, the instructor, is highly informed and really wants you to know the information. I was a little confused about location, but was easy enough to find. I feel I got a lot for my money and would recommend/work with them again!

Awesome class! This was my first time taking a training for CPR/First Aid/AED for adults and children. Syrina and Mark are an amazing team of instructors, taking you through the curriculum with a fun and engaging approach. Both are a wealth of knowledge and information, and they are passionate about their work. They spent time sharing real-world scenarios of emergency situations where CPR/First Aid would be needed. They were attentive in the CPR hands-on training making sure that we understood the process, aware of form, and they tested our understanding of situation assessment. They made sure that all our questions were answered and wanted us to leave feeling confident in our abilities and the knowledge we gained. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend Defib Hawaii. I needed to renew ACLS, BLS and PALS. Syrina was very responsive when I inquired about completing these courses and was able to work with me to find times that would fit in with my work and travel schedule. Mark was very professional and effective in teaching the courses. He has an extensive background in healthcare and was able to present to content in a way the was easy to understand and recall, instead of just regurgitating information. I went into my courses nervous, but felt completely confident in my skills and knowledge by the end.
