F45 is an excellent group fitness experience! The best part about the F45 workouts is they are always different, you will never get bored doing the same routine at F45 because it is never the same routine. They have cardio days and strength days, they change up the timings for work and rest and they have too many types of equipment to name and just when you think you’ve seen all they have, they bring out something new. The workouts are always challenging but easily customized to support all fitness levels and the group atmosphere is super supportive! Andy and all the coaches are great at keeping your form in check and motivating you to push harder! I have nothing negative to say, F45 is a great workout experience!

The fast pace classes take up much less time than my traditional works out did and the results are far beyond what I could get working out on my own. The support from the trainers and the actual members is unlike anything I have experienced in the typical gym or franchise box. I reminds me of the comraderie I experience in the first years of the military!

AMAZING! This place is wonderful! I’ve been to other places with similar concepts but the execution here surpasses, by far, anything that I experienced previously. The trainers are with you every step of the way, making sure you get the most out of your session. It’s extremely convenient with classes at various times throughout the day into the evening.
