I loved the course I took and felt like my instructor was more than knowledgeable. However, when it came to testing and obtaining my license, it was extremely difficult and I was given the run around multiple times. I was blatantly lied to about scheduling, as far as how far out you can schedule physical exams and written exams. Thus leading to a delay in licensure and employment. I tried calling to speak with a manager about this issue and again, got the run around, that they're always "swamped with testers,". I'm usually an understanding person, but being busy doesn't justify lying or making up an excuse. I have a family and am trying to become employed, if I had been told the TRUTH about testing the first time, I would not be in the position I am in.

It is amazing how this place meets a need in the community for extended education. The staff is wonderful as well, and my son has enjoyed the kids camp classes for the past two summers.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life! Called 7 times just to be answered rudely and not even able to get the answers I was looking for. The customer service representative named Terri was extremely rude and inconsiderate

I would not take the phlebotomy class through here it was not a good class the teacher did not help me one bit.and her boss to was not professional at all and they didn’t care one bit about anything .the teacher did not know how to teach the class very difficult learning .

I tested for my cna skills test and the older guy told me I missed 3 things that I really didn't miss... I was in shock and thought he was messing with me because he heard me say, and watched me do the 3 things he said I missed... I was so upset I just left... The guys whole job was to test me and he wasn't paying attention or plain just didn't care!!!
