Had a wonderful experience thanks to Josh at this location. Been trying to get a loan to get a car and he made the experience not only seamless but also one of the most comfortable experiences I have ever had dealing with finances. Out of every credit union in town mountain america, as well as josh, were the only ones willing to give me a fair shot at car ownership and I feel safe in trusting them with this massive step in my life. This place and location is by far the most superior I've ever seen. Especially when watching the 4th of July fireworks as well. This building is awesome as well because it gives you more room to walk around and have a seat when needed while waiting. This is better than Sunnyside location like 10 star id give this place on review if I can for superior on everything.

I just wanted to say that Jared Braganza did an amazing job today on the phone. I didn't get the loan because of something I don't agree with, but he displayed great composure and communication while explaining to me that I wasn't approved. This level of Customer Service is hard to find, especially now days. I know there are people out there that probably abuse and beat up or treat people poorly in customer service just because they don't like the answers they get. He did everything he could and he also offered options. He did a great job! You should probably give him a raise!
