Worst company I have ever worked for they leave staff unrelieved and they don't give the participants all the care they need. Management is full of hypocrites who'll fire you for rules they break too. Not to mention half the time you have to be an asshole just to get them to do their job.

Tbh this is not a great company. They have tou sign a paper saying that if youre documentation has not been complete they will dock your pay. The company expects you to work off the clock, them msg at 1am saying to correct documentation or they will dock it. Ive only been here a few weeks. Admins are very narcissistic and act like they are perfect. I see alot of staff asking for help through the app and just hrs of no replies. The company does not train you. I thought i was doing my job right w what i was shown. The man that trained me sat on his phone the whole training period and ignored me. Management talks to you like you're stupid. I never told them because ppl act different when the find out you are on the spectrum. I was called illiterate by a admin which is really nice coming from a admin of a company that takes care of people w special needs. 👍 they did cut my hrs and nobody could respond with a phone number on who to call. The company is very understaffed. I see employees asking when their relief staff will be there because their shift was up hours ago. Management never responded. She says im giving attitude. I have screenshots of attitude coming from a (cody) i try to explain how things get lost in translation through text. After shorting my pay. I quit on the spot. I will not work for free if they are cutting my hours. Admins continue to text me to talk s. Im filing a complaint with the state and federal job board. I have called ombudsman because after telling multiple admins and my supervisor being in the chat they act like they have no idea i quit. I have screenshot of them knowing. Its not fair to these residents to have short staff as they depend on us. This company does not care about these residents. I asked what i could get one resident for upcoming Christmas gift but of course that was ignored by all the uppers... my first day on shift i worked a 16hr shift. My check says no overtime. During this shift i was told by a supervisor that a past employee quit so he said he screenshot it and put it in the group chat. Im not sure why thats business of the group chat or why that employee was put on blast. But after seing the toxic management i get it. They still blow my phone up texting me trying to cover themselves. I have all i need in screenshots they have been sent to department of labor. Thankyou.

I want to give 0 stars but Google wont let me. I recently quit working at GTHS due to the lack of communication, untrained management team and unreasonable work requirements (such as being left on shift with no communication). This is the 2nd time I have worked for Tiffany Redden and my last. People here steal your ideas and make them their own, you are only counted if you work extra long shifts and multiple days. Hard work and experience mean nothing to the upper management at GTHS. I am very sorry to the 3 AQ who work very very hard and get dumped on because of the company policies and upper management. I hope the staff that deserves any promotion get it but I'm sure you won't. I have contacted 2 people from the office regarding my final check and haven't received any reply.

Our son has been with Grand Teton for almost 3 years now and we are very pleased with the loving care and attention he has received from Grand Teton. Our son is very challenging to deal with at times, and they have never acted like it is too much too handle or that it is beyond the scope of what they can provide. They have worked hard to have attentive staff with him that are able to meet his needs appropriately. They go above and beyond to try to include him and have activities he can attend and to make him feel special on birthdays and holidays. When I have had any questions or concerns they have been addressed immediately. I feel like there is great communication with management and that they always have our son's safety and happiness in mind in all they do. We are extremely grateful for the great service they provide.

so unbelievably understaffed. ran like a damn clown house. as a worker I find myself having to stay multiple hours after my shifts end just waiting around for my relief because none of the other workers value their jobs. and the company is so understaffed being hours late and doing nothing on shift doesn't effect their employment. it's agonizing.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but i really implore all of you to never work here, or give them your business. I was physically attacked by a client with mental disabilities, who was known to have behavioral issues, while on shift. I wasn’t even yet given the proper training to work with clients with higher needs at that time, and it only happened thanks to the ignorance of THREE managers, who were all on their phones and not paying attention. The situation left me pretty shaken up and was handled so unprofessionally that I ended up quitting just days later. Please listen to the bad reviews, they are pretty spot on! This company is so desperate to save their deplorable reputation that they literally bribe their employees with cheap gift cards to leave 5 star reviews. Most importantly though, is that the staff and company as a whole mistreat and take advantage of the clients. Pathetic! This place 100% deserves to be shut down.

I have enjoyed working with the clients I have been assigned too. It had been a blast helping them become better people and better versions of themselves. There is ample overtime hours you can get while working here. Yes at times it can be hard but other times is a breeze. You will be rewarded.

I have been here for 13 years and I absolutely love my job! This is my career! I love going to work every single day! Everyone puts in very hard work and our participants man they change your life. They are so sweet and innocent! They all have hearts made of pure gold. They just want someone to come in and become a part of their family and care for them! Every company in this world has its ups and downs. We are constantly evolving and changing with the times. No one sees the actual work put in by management! There is so much behind the scenes that no one knows of. The owner is amazing and beyond involved!! Don’t believe every negative review you read. Most negative reviews are by people who haven’t even worked here before or are being False about their claims! If you don’t want to work extra shifts then don’t! It isn’t a requirement. We tell you about possible behaviors before you are even hired. We care for developmentally disabled adults. There is a lot entailed in the job but it is the most rewarding job ever!! Direct Support Professionals are amazing and one of a kind!!
