In the last 6 months or so, it has gone drastically down hill. Prices are OUTRAGEOUS. Worse than even Goodwill! I’ll add pics from today when I went with some of the ridiculous prices they are asking. Somethings I saw that I forgot to grab a picture of were some puzzles. One was a used dollar tree puzzle for $3.59 and another was a used beat up 100 piece Disney puzzle for $5.99! They also had a filthy Kate Spade for over $50 and the non-boutique purse section was filled with dirty purses some still stuffed with used tissues. Even used cleaners that are so old they should’ve just been tossed for nearly $10! I would maybe understand the pricing if they took the time and care to clean items and make them more presentable before placing them on the floor, but they aren’t even doing that.

I will not be returning nor donating to Youth Ranch again. What is suppose to help local kids has turned to corporate greed, and is very unfortunate. The only people they are hurting are the ones they are trying to help.

I agree with everyone else leaving negative reviews on the pricing hikes. I donate often to this place and "Was" a shopper at this store . I went in months ago and perused the store and was floored by what they are pricing items for. This is not helping the youth when you can't move the product!!! People aren't going to pay what you are asking for donated items. Did corporate give themselves raises and now you had to jack up prices? Good luck keeping the doors open. We don't donate items and then be asked to donate even more when we want to purchase old used items.

The prices are outrageous now. It's sad when they are pricing items higher than what the retail sticker that's still on it says. Or when they are asking insane prices for items that are literally falling apart. $30+ for jeans that went out of style years ago. It used to be a really fun place to shop. Not so much anymore. There are two warmers at this location one has a Walmart tag of $24 and the other a Target price of $15 they are trying to get $40 for each them. Now they also think they are an antique store. Just because it's old or listed for a price on eBay, doesn't mean it's worth that much! You get this stuff DONATED! This place has become a JOKE!

I used to love this place and felt good bringing my donations to help the youth. I don't know what happened but it's insanely overpriced now and not at all fun to shop there anymore. I had to dig through the dollar bin full of broken junk to find something I could afford. I asked the cashier "who sets the prices?" She
said " coorperate". I asked her if there was a way to give them feedback and she ignored me. I asked her again and she would not even acknowledge me! Just stone cold silence. I wasn't rude or mean I just wanted to let someone in charge know that they would do so much better for the kids if they could lower the prices and get more people in the store and more donations. I said, " I guess you hear this a lot. I'm sorry to burdan you with it". She finally spoke and said coldly, " no, hardly ever." This girl was awful! I left feeling sad, angry and demeaned. It's the last time I will step foot in there and my frequent donations will be going elsewhere. What a pity.

My boyfriend is a big thrifter and was shopping here. He came home to show me his haul and once he was finished pulling items out of the bag, we saw it was full of mouse droppings in the bottom. Very disgusting and could make someone sick. I understand this is a thrift store and not everything is washed or checked closely before being put on the floor - but mouse droppings in the bottom of the bag is where I draw a line.

Prices are also OUTRAGEOUS here. Will not be returning to this thrift store.

I went today in search of vintage sheets. I was absolutely appauled at the markup you've added for DONATED items!! $16 for a used, flat sheet is insaine.

For an organization meant to help those in lower income brackets, you're completely out of touch.

For those in the area, choose to donate to thrift stores that have integrity and don't take advantage of the community they should be serving.

I used to go here on a regular basis, for YEARS. Then they started getting new and different managers and employees all the time, and the prices became OUTRAGEOUS. They would be trying to sell items from the dollar store for like $6. I don't think I have been here in at least a year, maybe 2. I do go to the one in Pocatello and their prices are fair.

I get it's going to a good cause, but some of the prices make me forget that I'm in a thrift store.
