We love Teresa and all the providers at Apple Learning Center! They are attentive and genuinely care about the children. Teresa has extensive child care experience and it shows. The teachers have created a routine of learning and play that my kids are excited about each day. They know my children well and I often find myself asking their advice on handling the daily turbulence of toddlers!

I couldn't recommend Apple Learning Center more and am incredibly grateful to have them.

Very good experience. Very nice caring teachers and a very professional owner. I like that they have a calendar with daily activities and education and they also send out a monthly newsletter. I was able to ask him about his day knowing what was planned for the day. It makes me feel good that they really are teaching and giving them stimulating activities to do during the day. My son seemed to adjust very quickly and is happy at drop offs. They have a good balance of education and play. Highly recommend this school. The owner Teresa is very professional and kind. My son always comes home with his shirt clean so they take care to keep them clean. He also has learned how to wash his hands and they are very good about having the kids wash their hands. They are very good about diaper changes and my son was always in a clean diaper when I picked him up.

Friendly and good staff. The owner is very helpful and our daughter really enjoys going here to see her friends and learn during the day. Our young daughter is very communicative and seems to really learn while she is at daycare. Very important place for us, as my wife and I both work full time. I would highly recommend Apple Learning Center to any parents looking for a well rounded daycare for their children. Thanks to all the staff for looking after our daughter and teaching her new things everyday!

We recently left Apple to get closer to home but have had a great experience with them. Apple creates a loving community across all classes and truly felt my son was loved as a part of that community. He loved being there and I had a great experience with the staff.

Our son is now 4 years old and he still suffers from how he was often left to cry alone in a room ( we caught them several times letting him cry hysterically in a room alone while the other kids where playing somewhere ) .
I don’t think there is anything Ive ever done as a mother I regret as much as bringing him to this daycare.
His whole personality noticeably changed afterwards to be more timid and shy, quick to startle etc and he still is very timid and shy when he meets strangers or other kids at first .

Up most unprofessional business owner I’ve dealt with Teresa. Went in yesterday 3/29/22, Teresa was in the lawn didn’t want to talk to me had me give my number so that she can call and speak with me. No call, I come in this morning to speak with hopefully having my son in just for one day since his normal daycare was closed for personal appointments. I understand her policy 100% people are ignorant and will burn people. But at the end of it all she told me that I needed the day fee, and she doesn’t serve lunch so I would have needed that as well. I stated well that’s why I was waiting for your call so I can be well prepared, and she just went from professional to rude, well you can’t expect me to just watch him and provide care, I can’t even take him anyways this isn’t going to work. you can’t expect me to drop everything and take care of you. That is not at all what I’ve expected just a call from yesterday as I was told so I would have been better prepared and if no services could be provided it was mentioned yesterday on the call that I was waiting on from the owner Teresa, I told her it’s unprofessional to not have called and tell a parent you have no room or even just tell them while walking past you in the lawn instead of ignore their existence, She swears it’s not unprofessional that’s why she didn’t call or at least tell me as she was standing in the front lawn instead of not acknowledging the parent. 5 seconds of I’m sorry we can’t take him or a 5 minute call to say sorry we can’t take him would have been better than the rude I’ll take him to well I don’t have room within the matter of minutes …. She may not be a bad provider to your children but the communication is unprofessional and rude…. Maybe I should have took the ignoring as a sign instead of expecting people to just be a decent person over all.

If your child has food allergies, I urge you to consider options other than Apple Learning Center for childcare. The owner and many of the staff are nice and my daughter liked them, but she was put in danger so many times due to her allergies. She went to Apple starting at 14 weeks old and not long after we learned about her severe allergies, which Apple assured us they could handle. She's contact allergic to peanuts and Apple failed to take the proper precautions for her safety on a number of occasions--including a time that her classroom made peanut butter balls as a snack and she was escorted to the infant room and told they were doing something that would make her sick. She still had a terrible reaction because there was peanut butter residue everywhere in the room. I even learned her medication had been stored for months in a cabinet right next to a jar of peanut butter. I received countless pictures and texts during her time there about accidental food exposures and subsequent reactions. I understand it can be difficult while managing other children, but the lack of understanding that my daughter's life literally depended on their ability to take precautions is hard for me to swallow--and from my understanding Apple tells prospective families they are good with food allergies.
