Came across this really neat building on my way through this town of Arco. The building made me stop to learn more about this town I was traveling through and I'm glad I did.

This town has a unique history of being the first town powered by nuclear power. In a way the building seems to be stuck in this era of 1950s or so. This town is near a national (energy) laboratory and thus in the 50's it became powered, for an hour, by nuclear power. This building now serves as a community center for the town. Yet the backdrop is spectacular.

Worth a visit if your are driving by. Explore the town and the friendly people who live here.
