We love this place for our family reunions! There is ample space for sleeping and gathering. It is secluded enough that we feel like we are the only ones here, yet close enough to Bear Lake, caves for exploring and trailheads to add to our family activities. Hosts have always been kind and responsive. The facilities are always clean. It is a favorite that we keep coming back to.

We had our family Christmas Party at the Bear Lake Ranch House and Barn this weekend. It is a beautiful place for family get together. There were more than enough beds and baths to accommodate our family. The Braeggers had it beautifully decorated for Christmas...thank you, thank you!!! Everyone had such a wonderful time despite the power outage due to the heavy hoar frost on power lines. It was so beautiful outside with the snow and Frost. Perfect for walks around the plowed, well groomed roads and parking areas. The Kuireg was listed as an amenity. Dont forget to bring pods. Our time there was PERFECT!! We loved our stay and will be booking another stay. Thank you!!!

We have been lucky enough to stay here twice for family reunions and we love it. The house is beautiful and the barn is large and spacious. Lots of room for 40 people to spread out, play and sleep. The lawns are well taken care of and nice to play on, 9 square court which was so fun, and a fire pit.

This was our third stay at Bear Lake Ranch House. The barn and ranch house together are perfect for large family gatherings. We love that you can spread out, and that there's plenty of wide open space for the kids to play, be loud, and feel safe all at the same time. The fire pit, 9 square, foosball and ping pong tables are fun entertainment options. It is well stocked and the host was very responsive to questions.

This is a very comfortable and well maintained reunion spot! From here, our family enjoyed the lake, Bridgerland Adventure ropes course, eating and shopping in Garden City and also rafting at Family Fun Tubing (out of Preston- 30 minutes away) and kickball and lawn games on site!!!! Wow!!! Sign up now! And inside gathering!!

If you're looking for a great place to host a family reunion, look no further. Our family has enjoyed several family gatherings at Bear Lake Ranch House and I look forward to our next visit.

Our crew has always rented the house and the barn together and we love how spacious the hang out areas are. The kitchen is well stocked with the utensils, pots and pans, and equipment you need. We especially enjoy the large lawn, fire pit, 9 square, and outdoor picnic eating areas.

It's in a great location, close to hiking and mountain activities, as well as the beaches of Bear Lake and entertainment of Pickleville Playhouse.

They've always been so accommodating of our family. Highly recommend this beautiful property!
