This place is absolutely awful!! Before management changed, this place was actually a really great place to go. But new management has made this place an absolute nightmare. They are VERY CPS happy. For my children's safety, as they can be a danger to themselves and/or each other, I have to lock them in their rooms during nap and bedtime. Since they aren't night potty trained, I have to put my two oldest in pull ups when they go down. Journeys decided to call CPS on me for this AND EMBELLISHED THE STORY!!!! According to CPS, they told me that they were told that I lock my children in their rooms the entire day, force them to wear pull ups despite being potty trained, and never let them out to use the restroom. CPS classified it as a Priority 1 and came ready to take my children from me. It was such a traumatizing experience. Thankfully, when they came, they saw that the report was absolute bull and closed it. They told me that I was fine to lock my children in their rooms only for sleep time. Despite telling Journeys this, I even have the text messages from CPS stating that it's fine, they threatened to report me again if I did!! They did this multiple times where they took any possible smallest infraction that they could find, embellished it, and then reported me to CPS. When I was telling others of the experience that I had been going through, I had others that used to work there tell me that there were kids who were actually being neglected, and Journeys refused to report it! Stating that it would be worse for the children to be taken away from their parents. They obviously don't like seeing children in good homes. So if you have a happy, healthy home, Journeys will do absolutely everything that they can to have your children taken away from you. The only reason we stayed as long as we did was because my son was so attached to his BI. Once she quit, we quit Journeys too. I repeat, if you love your children, DO NOT GO HERE!!!
