negative 5 stars would be more accurate. being a local small business owner of multiple businesses I understand the characteristics and logistics that define a company I don't take leaving negative reviews lightly. 2 years ago I set out looking for someone to help me navigate some things in my personal life so I made an appointment on the waiting list within a few hours I had called back and canceled because I was referred to another office. nearly 2 years later I receive a bill in collections from the oh so great "medical recovery services" for this fairy tale appointment I had in January of 2023. I calm and collectively called trying to get this resolved without further effort from a business turning unjustifiable billing into collections with false notes of a appointment that doesn't exist I was promised a call back same day from the clinical director of billing of the entire corporation. that never happened. so wasting some more of my time I call back finally get a hold of the clinical billing individual in office that reads me fairy tale notes after the receptionist already verified to me they have zero intake form for me zero policy or contracts signed and no evidence of a appointment. I passionately told her this is unacceptable and they better get it figured out or I'll just pass it off to my attorney to address then she got ignorant with me and told me my thoughts and actions are unwarranted shell dig into it and get back to me. if she is the office clinical billing director she should be able to pull the file and see a appointment never exists and go above and beyond to remove this file from collections and make this matter right. turning someone into collections especially to medical recovery services who are crooks in themselves can be devastating to a lot of people due to the escalations of funding they add rapidly. telling me my thoughts and actions to get something resolved that they have failed to do that can be life changing for people is unacceptable and inexcusable. this is my credit they are affecting over a bill that simply does not exist and notes that are definitely a fairy tale. I strongly encourage going to a firm that has your best interest in mine because this one does not.

I’ve been taking my son to answers for about 4 years now. He’s seen Thom and Lisa, both of which are amazing therapists. Lisa is very hands on and easy to talk to and Thom always listens and addresses concerns. They also have an amazing team of case managers and CBRS and peer. My son has had the same CM for about 4 years and without her I wouldn’t of been able to help my son the way I have. They have extensive knowledge of the community and resources to help you and aren’t afraid to branch out other places when needed. They finally have a great med management team as well through Ascend. Highly recommend this company for anyones therapy or other needs. They get you in as fast as they can and set up with as many services as you need and are very quick to start helping you on the road to recovery.

Iv never has a nurse practitioner over a MD. Actually was always worried that the knowledge and ability was not able to be preformed per my needs but this is 💯 not the case at all. Jodie is now my new PCP. Im a complex case with autoimmune diseases since i was 19 years. Each time im in for a visit she takes time to listen and give the medical attention needed to get me to my specialist. Back office Nurses communicates with whats is needed in a timely manor. Front office is welcoming and accommodating to my appointment needs. Very happy. Thank you!

We have seen several of the counselors at Answers and they have all been great. We have a large family and when we had some trauma hit our home they took care of all of us. Through several years of crazy happenings they have help anywhere from peer and family support to counseling sessions more than once a week! Really care about their clients!
