Sarah and the coaches are top notch. Both of my daughters (3& 6 years old) had some anxiety trying gym for the first time. The coaches were very patient and understanding. By the end of the second day, both girls were much more confident and having fun. I appreciate the structure at the gym. It allows for both learning and fun.

Sarah’s personal knowledge and background in gymnastics is apparent after only spending a few minutes in the gym. Her other coaches are just as knowledgeable and always prepared. My son has great relationships with all his coaches. It’s not just about learning the “tricks”. They teach conditioning, technique, and safety. My son has made great progress and his confidence has grown substantially. The gym is always clean and orderly. There is a big variety of classes and levels catering to anyone with interest. Prices are reasonable as well. We are lucky to have such a great resource on our community.

I was struck by the fact that Snake River Gymnastics is the cleanest gym I’ve ever been in. Not to mention my kids had an absolute blast with Coach Sarah! Sarah, the owner & coach at Snake River Gymnastics is pure gold. She focuses developing good human beings, not just great gymnasts.
She loves the kids, she puts so much work into making sure they develop the discipline needed to succeed, which translates so well into other areas of life. I cannot imagine a better coach for my kiddos! She’s a gem!

I was really excited to finally live back in the area so that my oldest son (4 yo.) could go to this gym. My wife and I didn’t hesitate to put him in the 3-5 yo class and it was amazing for him to learn gymnastics as well as social skills. Sarah and the many other trained coaches are so patient, professional and passionate about helping these little kids grow.

The gym is high quality, with all the equipment you would expect from a big city gym. It’s very clean and well cared for, and the community of parents are all very supportive of each other as well.

If you are looking for something for your boy or girl to learn new skills, socialize, and gain strength and discipline, gymnastics is the way to go.

As a side note, as a father, I would put my son or daughter in gymnastics before I would consider dance or karate, or anything else. It is such a well rounded discipline, is incredibly fun, and is something that can be pursued your entire life. I was lucky enough to take a gymnastics class in college and I wish that I had something like this when I was a kid. You can’t go wrong, and the community is so lucky to have such an amazing resource like Snake River Gymnastics.

Sarah and her staff have been great with meeting all of my daughter's needs and pushing her to better her skills. She is offering various classes from gymnastics to cheer to parkour.
Lots of options for all different interests. Would highly recommend.
