My counselor was amazing and was truly helping me however pearl health in a whole is a joke. I had to cancel and appointment unexpectedly because my co worker had a personal matter had to leave work I could not leave work to make it to my appointment called immediately to inform them. They say that was a no show. So doesn’t matter if you could get in trouble with your work or have an emergency come up and cancel they will still charge you. But I have sat in the waiting area for over 30 minutes waiting to be asked to give my appointment up for a crisis appointment and I did. Another time I waited for almost my entire session because my counselor did not see me sitting in the waiting area. It is a joke to not be understanding when someone else is having a moment of crisis and can’t make it in. But you should wait half your lunch break to then be asked to give up the appointment. That is poor business to me.

I love my counselor however Pearl Health is more concerned about getting their money than they are about keeping someone from going into a major episode. Disgusted. Set up for failure.

We feel scammed by Pearl Health. Took our child who was already diagnosed with ADHD before we moved to get a different medication. The doctor asked questions off a checklist then confirmed the diagnosis and prescribed a medication but forgot to send it to the pharmacy. We left messages but they never sent it in. Then we get a bill for $450 for absolutely nothing. Completely ridiculous. We tried to call and work with them and they were not willing to help or understand in any way. Stay far away from Pearl.

The women at the front desk are great and were always professional and kind with me. We struggled with my daughter’s counselor however. She was pretty consistently 10-15 minutes late coming to get my daughter for her appointment, she tried to say we missed too many appointments and move my daughter to once a month, and then had cancelled a couple appointments last minute without anyone telling us so we still showed up to the office. We then just came in for an appointment to find out that she just cancelled the rest of my daughter appointments without telling us or giving any reason why. My daughter was super confused as to why she wouldn’t be seeing her counselor and now we have to go looking for another counselor. Super frustrated with how everything went down.

Great professional staff. All my counselors would tell me when a month’s schedule had opened. I would schedule that day, and had zero problems. Every single one of my counselors have been so helpful and life changing. I’ve been going here for 8 years.

Couldn't even get an appointment. Was referred by my primary care provider for psychiatry and was contacted about filling out the new patient intake form. The form was a COMPLETE mess and highly inneficient but got it completed. I was then contacted to schedule an appointment by someone who sounded like they absolutely hated their job. They clearly didn't even look at my intake form and asked if I was looking for med management. When I corrected her she sounded very irritated and told me there was only one provider after a very long pause and refused to work with my schedule. Not worth the stress.
