Although I have not participated in dance lessons at this studio, I did have the opportunity to dance here during a New Year’s Eve social dance celebration recently. The instructor, Tablish, along with his wife who manages the studio, are incredibly talented Salsa instructors. The warmth and friendliness of this dance community is truly inviting. Whether you are taking a dance lesson or attending a social dance event, you are guaranteed to have a positive experience in this vibrant atmosphere. If I ever wish to enhance my Salsa skills in the future, I would be thrilled to learn from these remarkable instructors. I find their personalities and qualities to be very inspiring.

Beware...you're about to discover your next favorite thing. I thought I wanted to go to IDS to learn Salsa, but what I found out is that the dancing was just the tip of the iceberg. The warm and inviting community that Tabish cultivates is therapeutic in the best possible way. I could talk at length about how lucky we are to have such a talented dance teacher in Boise, but you'll probably be most impressed by him personally. Without a doubt, he's a top tier human.

Tabish and Lori are building a lasting legacy in Idaho with Idaho Dancesport. The world class dance training is complemented by the incredible culture of the studio. All levels of ability are welcomed and from day one students feel like family. Although classes mainly consist of adult dancers my daughter has been training at the studio since she was 8 years old. Tabish took a chance on her and she has risen to competition level dancing and hopes to become a professional Latin dancer someday under his guidance. We love Idaho Dancesport!

I have enjoyed my one year dancing with Idaho DanceSport so far. The instructors, Tabish and Lori, are very patient when teaching but absolutely will push you to get better at it. They are so great at what they do, both social dancing (salsa, bachata) and Latin ballroom (Rhumba, Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Jive, etc). It’s always a pleasure watching them dance and it inspires you to want to keep learning. I really admire the community they’ve built around dancing with their studio. Tabish is a great instructor. I really enjoy our 1 on 1 lessons, they are very informative and Tabish’s attention to detail is fantastic. Also, the group classes on Sunday are very fun and they are a great environment for learning new things and meeting great people!

My daughter started dancing at Idaho Dance Sport in May and with the hard work of Tabish, she has come a long way in such a short time. Tabish has been teaching her first the footwork then the technique and though it is hard work, my daughter loves it. I love that everyone is so welcoming and inviting to my daughter and she has felt at home at Idaho Dance Sport.
