This program is amazing and has helped me so much in the time I needed them most. I am currently in the Chubbuck live in PHP program and it's absolutely life changing. Getting help from my counselor and groups dealing with the loss of my brother, meeting with a physician that genuinely cares about you and listens to you, as well as the other staff members that are all there to help in any way they can if you truly want to change. I can't speak for their other locations but here it's a 10/10 and I would and have recommended this place to anyone I know struggling with addiction and trauma. I have been in numerous treatment facilities and this place makes it feel like you're in your own home. ♥️

i hate to do this to the techs because they're good people that truly care. but everything bad you've heard about this place is true. i just spent 60 days there. i saw girls getting high in the bathroom, i saw girls coming back wasted. they were short staffed and didn't even have a tech with us overnight most nights. most of the girls i was in there with have already relapsed. yes it's on them but if this place was more organized it would have been different. i will NEVER recommend this place. the counselors give lectures not lessons. i was constantly falling asleep in group because of it. they failed to realize most of the girls going through their program failed school because they don't learn that way. more hands on and active groups is what is needed. i've done out patient programs that are more intense and involved than these classes were. if you want to actually get sober, don't come here.

It's concerning that they have employees that don't even have 6 months clean in charge of the in-patient residents. Megan HARVY was just using with me in September. She collected her chip just to show moonlight she had a significant amount of clean time. It's so disrespectful to use the program like that.
