I can't say enough about the exceptional care and dedication this company provides. It is clear that they prioritize their clients in every way. The level of service is unmatched, far surpassing anything we've experienced with other caregiving agencies. What truly stands out is their commitment to veterans. They go above and beyond to ensure that those who served our country receive the care and respect they deserve. It's rare to find a company so genuinely invested in the well-being of its clients, especially their veterans. Highly recommend!

Happy to Help Caregiving has been such a blessing for my dad and our family. Their team has gone above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and cared for. It’s obvious how much they genuinely care about him. Knowing he’s happy and well cared for gives me so much peace of mind. Their team has gone above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and cared for. Big shout out to the office staff communicating so well even when the scheduling gets chaotic and we add shifts at the last minute! There are a lot of moving pieces and overall I'm impressed with how they handled things so far! 1 year of service and onward we go!

I'm very pleased with the care my Grandpa, a veteran, is receiving! Thank you for covering his medical appointment transportation costs. I understand the VA doesn't reimburse you for this, so I appreciate your company covering it. It means a lot, especially knowing that not every company goes this extra mile.

Hello Montana:

I am writing on behalf of my Mother, Marie Smith and want to extend a true Thank You to Natalie Smith for her care of my Father, Frederick Smith over the last several months. Natalie has made a true difference for my Dad during the most physically and emotionally challenging time of his life. He lost not only his health, but his independence, which was one of the most important things to him. Natalie helped give him back some of his independence and was more than a caregiver to my Dad, she was his friend, which he needed outside of his family during this challenging time in his life. Natalie helped him become less afraid of the inevitable, which needed to come from a true friend which Natalie became. Today is the day of his passing and Natalie has been here to help support each family member and especially my Dad and she should be recognized for going above and beyond during a time that her love and care was needed for my Dad. Thank you Natalie, you are a part of our family now (whether you want to be or not!)

Sincerely,

Jon Smith (for Marie and Frederick Smith)

We have been delighted with my husband’s care—-especially with Natalie—who helps him with his care needs, takes him out to eat at his favorite restaurants, shopping, watches his shows, banters with him and generally pitches in with housework or anything she sees that she can do to help. We are growing very fond of her and told her she is now just a fixture in our family. Thank you for such a good caregiver!!!

We had a great caregiver (Alyssa Massey) come into our home & help give in home care to my grandma on hospice. We needed someone who could get my grandma to accept help (grandma was a RN) She had a knack to get grandma to chat, take her meds & eat when others have much luck. Alyssa was very professional & friendly. Her professionalism helped save my grandma after a heart attack. 10 minutes after I’d checked on my grandma how was. Grandma told me she was tired. Alyssa came in & did her vitals. She came to get me & said grandmas vital were off & she was worried. Grandma told Alyssa her chest hurt & she wasn’t feeling good. Grandma didn’t want to be a burden BUT Alyssa Massey caught on immediately to grandmas irregularities & we called the EMTs (they hooked her up to a monitor & told us inclusive. She in fact had had a heart attack confirmed in the ER 30 so minutes later.) Alyssa helped us give grandma comfort & care, that grandma wasn’t ready for her family to do for her.
