I visited another PC Repair Shop in Hailey, ID. Upon arrival I was told that they did not know PC components to fix a custom build issue, but that they could try in a few days.

I called CTS shortly after. Armando was confident to fix the issue depending on time needed and told me to stop by. That same afternoon Armando diagnosed the problem and upgraded a component he had on stock. Apart from tweaking my PC for the better, Armando was very informative and I learned new aspects about computers. It's been a week now and my PC has been working great.
