Forgiving and flexible community college serving the people of Idaho living in the treasure valley. They offer many courses and programs, from certificates, vocations, to associates. The culture is relaxed and friendly, the admins and faculty are reasonable, but not a social school, I would recommend going here to get your studies started. The college sure isn't like a state university but the education is quality and affordable enough to get you going where you want to be. I would recommend going here for just your general education requirements, as they pretty much cover all the basics if you intend on transferring to a university next. Careful taking continuation courses or upper-division courses, because they don't have adequate resources to teach them. I would also recommend paying out of pocket, save your financial aid if you intend on transferring to a university next. Parking is free, soccer fields, and food vending areas, but not too many amenities.

Nobody seems to know what’s going on there. One teacher tells me that another classes portfolio will cover the requirement for their class and that I don’t need to do anything with them, then they give me an X grade. Just do yourself a favor and go to an actual university. Skip the terrible teachers and selfish advisors at CWI

CWI in conclusion is affordable. The education meets expectations, teachers are helpful/colorful, classrooms are medium size like high school; so you get the student participation/feedback that assists you in your development and growth. Its a little dull but if you work, your older, or are looking for parallel education to other schools at half the price CWI is fine. Where are the mathematicians/accountants/bright minds with the costs on this?

So many great events have happened at this College! Thanks Andrea S. Dusty P. Lindsey Z. & Nate for making Farm to Fork pick up dinner and garden stroll a success this year! It was different of course & we missed all the hugs & faces, but still a success!!!

I never had a problem with this school other than the One Stop line always took forever, it was a joke. Plus the guy that was usually there was not the nicest guy ever. Customer service skills needed improvement. The college was convenient though. Lower tuition for the same classes Boise State had to offer and were transferable. Parking was better than Boise State's disastrous parking situation. And faculty that was competent and helpful. I'd recommend this option for anyone seeking lower division courses.

Low tuition, great instructors and staff. Free parking and plenty of it! Also, as a student you receive Microsoft Office Suite for free to download on your computer (as long as you have an active school email), which saves tons of money. The staff wants you to succeed and they will provide you the tools to do so. I look forward to when I transfer to BSU, however, I will sincerely miss this community college. Highly recommend!

If i could rate this school a 0 i would. I recently moved from out of state, and just started my first semester at this school. My fiance and i have numerous issues, and it's only the second week of class. If you want financial aid from this school, good luck its a joke. We've been working on financial aid since FEBRUARY and still don't have it. We go to "one stop" and they say "oh no, you need this this this and this". Okay, fine so we would do that and go back to turn in what they wanted, then it was "nope that's all wrong you don't need any of this, this is what you need". It's been a ton of loopholes and i feel as if the staff aren't trained properly and we've been told different things every time. Their website is outdated and way behind other schools. Blackboard is unorganized, their payment plans are a joke. I had issues just trying to buy my textbooks, you would think that would be simple right?! Not at this school. They have a 10% graduation rate and i can see why. They make me want to move just to find a better school. Don't take online classes either because there teachers drop you for "nonattendance" when really their just unorganized and can't correctly check the assignments via the students. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS.
