I have truly enjoyed working with the people at Bright Beginnings. I first heard of them as a result of their extensive work in the community so when I decided I needed counseling services, they were the first people I called. They worked extremely hard to accommodate my busy schedule and every member of the staff that I’ve worked with has been a delight. They have remained extremely flexible with me and always have a positive attitude. I’ve received counseling services from one provider and had a lot of interactions with another and both of them have blown me away with their knowledge and passion for helping others. I also referred a relative who works with yet a third provider and he reports the same experience. I highly recommend giving Bright Beginnings a try.

I came to bright beginnings because I was in need of therapy and wasn’t receiving sufficient care and attention I needed from other places that offered counseling services. At bright beginnings I feel like they are truly masters of their craft and know their stuff. When I talk I feel heard and am offered reasonable solutions and alternate ways of processing through tough situations. I would recommend bright beginnings to anyone 10/10 times!!

I would describe Bright Beginnings in 2 words. Sincerity and authenticity. Susannah and Yosune are both of these! And if one is sincere and authentic in wanting change when you come here then you will change. There might be some setbacks along the way but you will have two great people who will help you find your way!!

Honestly have had the best experience with Bright Beginnings. My counselor has helped me rebuild myself, my mental health and my day to day life. The staff is always so friendly and helpful as well. Would highly recommend this agency to anyone!

If u are looking to change your life around have any trouble with any Addiction this would be the place to go. They are very good at what they do they helped me with my addiction they changed my life around they did something that my own family couldn’t do they brought back the bright in me they showed me that they care a lot about there patients and that made me realize that they care so much about me I can’t imagine what I put my family thru how much my family cared about me. So I love and respect these two lovely ladies Susannah West and Yosune Fitzhugh they are the best so if u looking for a change in life I recommend u come here...

Went here for some therapy, and at first it went well, but after a few sessions it seemed like my therapist thought of me as just another number. They do a lot of counseling for convicts and maybe that's why, but my therapy was for personal reasons and when I told my therapist about some things in my life I wanted to work through, she blamed me for the event we were talking about at the time. After that, the staff didn't seem to even mind that I was going to look elsewhere. I'm no therapist, but they might wanna rethink their delivery in some aspects.
