Owner/employees have zero hardware knowledge. Stick with ordering directly from Apple. You will have more success.

Contrary to the owner response, the request was for a USB-C 3.2 cable, and they gave me a 240W charging cable that is not compatible for data transferring. Again, this group has no understanding of the hardware they are selling and cover their incompetence with a no return policy. Customers with computer needs should seek assistance elsewhere.

Great service, Timur is super knowledgeable; he really does "knowmacs." Plus he is a really nice guy. I highly recommend this place. Our company has been using him as a Mac resource for over 20 years.

The Creative Edge is AWESOME!!!

My wife and I were in town visiting my mother on a work-cation and my wife forgot her keyboard at home. Oops! We were in a real pickle so I decided to call around to the local computer shops so we could remedy the dilemma. Good thing I called Creative Edge first. They said they had keyboards for sale so I was relieved to hear that, but when I relayed to the owner the situation, he offered to lend us a keyboard rather than buying one we'd only need for a few days. Creative Edge for the WIN!!!

My family lives here in Hailey part-time are avid mac users. I know where they will go from now on when they need anything computer related! If Creative Edge's computer repair skills are anywhere close to their customer service, you will be in good hands. And given that this store has nothing but 5 star reviews across the board, I'd say they hit the mark on all fronts! Thank you Creative Edge!!!

Absolutely amazing service! I was in town for a week and broke my phone on day one. Verizon and a few other stores were not able to help me. I had phone insurance through Verizon and due to availability was still going to have to wait a week for another phone. A week without a phone wasn't a good possibility. Timur quickly offered me a number of options some of which I didn't even know were available. I had a working phone and was on my way very quickly. I absolutely recommend their quality service to anyone! Thanks again guys!

Timur at weknowmacs is truly the best. I have been going to him for about 8 years now and no matter what problems I have from spilling drinks on my keyboard to needing just one part of my laptop replaced to needing the whole thing serviced, he is always available, finishes the job quickly, and does what he can to save me time and money. He'll even give you a loaner device if you have to leave your computer or phone with him for numerous days. Can't speak highly enough about this company

Timur is simply the BEST! We had a server failure today that could have put us down for days. I called him and he immediately was in our store talking with our software vendor and getting us up and running. If I could give him 10 stars I would!
