As a hospital no matter how small you should have several easily accessible phone numbers on your website. You have one single phone number across the entire internet that I can find and it doesn't work. Neither does your fax numbers none of the 3 that I've been given in the past are working. Really wish I could speak to someone like I am easily able to do with any other medical center.

They almost cost me my life because none of the nurses actually cared to check on me after I gave birth to my daughter. Every time I would report that something was wrong they would tell me that I was fine and I was overreacting.

The nursing staff here is amazing. They are all so kind, and they even gave my kids stuffed animals and popsicles when we went in. The billing department has been great to work with as well.

We had a very sick girl in our family and the staff took the best care of her from start to finish. Six days in the hospital is never fun; however, the care and attentiveness provided was unbelievable. We had to visit with my father in one of the major hospitals in Salt Lake City just weeks after our experience with FCMC and all we could think was, “Thank goodness we were taken care of in Preston”. We’ve lived here for 1 year and we are switching over all of our doctors and medical services to the FCMC teams.

The nurses and the doctors are very nice. A country feel , insta care feeling like hospital. I went there with pain in my abdomen and I was taken to a ct scan and they told be everything looks great but I have a small tear in my Femoral Artery. They said to follow up with my doctor. Hummm , I told my kids this and they said, I need a second opinion because I had S.c.a.d. And a widow makers heart attack and two other dissections in my carotid arteries and knowing there is a dissection going on again , I needed to be seen soon. I went to Logan hospital immediately and they repeated the ct scan and it turned out the dissection in the Femoral artery was an old heal one, however I have kidney stones and a infection in my bladder. This all could of been found out at Franklin medical center. Now I’ll be billed for two hospitals, not happy!

Love the family atmosphere of this hospital. So much better than the big hospitals in the area that just shuffle you through as fast as they can and you truly just feel like a dollar sign to them. Will always choose Franklin County Medical over any hospital in my area. The facility is so clean and the staff kind and attentive. This will always be my first choice in hospitals.
