Yo, it's Colin L. here! I have been going to this gym for quite some time now and I got to say it's the best I have ever been to! The staff and owner is awesome, Chris is the man for sure! I believe without bro these gains wouldn't be possible. The environment is always very clean with a nice steamy sauna to finish out my workout. You'll meet guys such as "Gabe Johnson".

I love Groll Family Fitness! I have done personal training sessions to get a personalized meal plan and workouts that fits my needs, goals and schedule and I have seen incredible results from it. The group fitness classes are great and the instructors are positive and encouraging. This is a great gym!

When I first moved to Preston I toured several different gyms and ultimately decided to go with Groll Family Fitness. I have enjoyed being a member at this gym because their equipment is extensive, kept clean and well organized. I have also enjoyed all of the employees, trainers and members who attend as well. I feel comfortable and excited every time I go to the gym.

The reason I really love Groll Family Fitness is the friendly, non-judgemental environment. It has the weights and equipment to handle any muscle group and classes for group fitness. The sauna is my personal favorite. The owners go out of their way to guarantee a good experience.

This is really a terrific place to workout. I have worked out in Y's & various private fitness facilities for years. Really like how they enforce time limits to keep people from monopolizing certain equipment, yet there is plenty of equipment for a solid workout. Keep up the good work.

No one bullies me here, pretty chill place, they got a nice sauna, gotta fix up that water filter tho no cap! Colin luck got so big and juicy from this gym so it must work
