This gym has completely changed my life! I've never been healthier, more athletic, or more confident. The classes are varied and challenging but always inclusive. I've been able to accomplish so many fitness and life goals thanks to the positive impact this gym has had on my health. When I started attending classes at Sandpoint Strength 2 years ago, I had never done strength training before. I was recovering from a back injury and knew I needed to strengthen my core if I wanted to be strong and active and prevent another injury. I didn't know what to expect and was really nervous about being in a gym environment.

I noticed right away there were men and women of all ages and fitness levels, and I figured if there were people in their 60s working out in the group classes and doing awesome, then I could do it too in my 40s.

The coaches at the gym are really supportive and knowledgeable and people are friendly and welcoming. After 2 years I'm surprised that I have gotten much stronger and still consistently attend class. While I will never be a "gym person" or get into the competitive side of things, I can genuinely say I enjoy the classes and always find new ways to grow and challenge myself. It's because of the structure, support, accountability, and encouraging coaches and class mates that I keep coming back. I'm glad that I found Sandpoint Strength.

Have been a member here for over 8 years and I love it! The classes are great, the coaches challenge me, they offer guidance, technique tips, feedback, and corrections when warranted. I have learned something from each of them. I enjoy my time at the gym and always leave feeling like I achieved something. I also enjoy the community and people I have met there.

Web was great and gives lots of info. That lead me to make the decision to schedule a no sweat meet and greet. Met with Lisa, who was welcoming and made me feel that this gym is for me. Being overweight most of my life and 55 years old, I need super, duper beginner mode and I decided to give Sandpoint Strength a a chance.
Lisa recommended the trainer Crystal, who is amazing. I have been extremely motivated since then as Crystal is encouraging, "real", inspiring and gives me lots of modification options so that I can push myself while remaining comfortable.
Pricing is comparable but what you get for your money is beyond measure!
Definitely recommend Sandpoint Strength and Conditioning!!!

Best place on earth! Friendly, supportive, positive coaches and members. This is the first time in my life that I haven’t donated my membership fees to a gym every month. I sign up for my classes 10 days at a time on the Zenplanner app and show up every time! Kenny says consistency is key and I’m finding that this is the best way for me to stay consistent. I look forward to each class with new friends. Every day I pass by thousands of dollars of equipment at home and, unfortunately, don’t use it. Nothing compares to the knowledge, guidance and support from Kenny, Jenn, Nick, Lisa, Jen, Amanda, Alex, et al. Thank you Sandpoint Strength & Conditioning for helping to make my life so much better!

Awesome staff and great atmosphere to start or continue a healthy lifestyle. I love their training methodology which allows you to train where you need to be while working out with other members whom may be at a different level of fitness. I also appreciate the review of the different movements prior to doing them by yourself. This ensures you get the appropriate training effect. While doing the maneuvers the instructors do a great job motivating you and ensuring correct form.

As with any long term relationship, it takes consistent dedication, hard work, and communication. I haven’t always lived up to my end of the bargain, but the Kenny and the staff at Sandpoint Strength don’t give up on you and this has helped me get back up and go again no matter what has happened in the past. I could recommended them more. Go for it!!
