Classes with Toshi are awesome. Amazing vinyasa flows. I leave the class feeling great, working all the stiffness out of my body. He subbed for a 90 minute vinyasa on a rainy Sunday and it was Fantastic. Studio is well priced too.

Sandpoint Hot Yoga is an amazing place. It’s comfortable and inviting. I’ve been to many different classes here and there is something for everyone. Personally I enjoy Hot 26 and force myself to go to hot Pilates but never regret going!

Sandpoint Hot Yoga (SHY) is a fantastic studio. I have been practicing there for a few years. The instructors are knowledgable, encouraging and very interested in helping you in your yoga journey. The studio offers so many class options, warm or hot. Shy is a studio that I will continue to attend. I am a lifer!!!! I definitely recommend SHY regardless of the level of your practice.
