I’m surprised to see how unprofessional this consultant in presenting the report with errors and half way presenting, off the shared screen to quietly fix the numbers behind the screen and share the screen again without explaining what being changed. Parents who present to the meeting found out the change after we compared the number before and after. They know how the outcome will be. They are the one who did the ranking and present all the numbers. Everything predetermined, and the committees seems like being forced to strike down their choice to make consensus to what it wants to be. Committee meeting just like a procedure they are going to make it “formal”

I would give no stars if possible. They are unprofessional, and either lack the integrity to make unbiased recommendations, or employ consultants who cannot accurately complete the calculations required in their feasibility reports. In any case their reports are teeming with inaccuracies that even students from the elementary schools they try to shut down can recognize. This is an agency that takes money from financially distressed public school districts to make recommendations to shut down public schools. They “help” make decisions that affect generations of children, and they lack the attention to detail to ensure their reports are accurate.

Surprised to see that they name themselves School Services but give suggestions to close our best performing schools just for money. Their criteria for scoring the schools mainly focus on cost saving and profit maximizing and I was originally assuming they are a company that had only business related experience.

This consulting company has made big mistake in data collection, sorting out and analyzing. Changing data behind the screen when presenting without explanation and justification. The data is to determine school closure (BUSD) affecting hundreds of families. Very unprofessional if it's not intentional cheating.

Extremely unprofessional and their data methods and presentation are inaccurate. Reports released for public record are full of errors. Committee meetings were run very sloppy. What an embarrassment to the district for hiring these “consultants”. A waste of tax payer funds. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Don't know how someone would hire these people! They have made huge mistakes in criteria & given faulty data for BUSD school ratings. 6th graders would have created better reports & would have made less mistakes.

No star at all. There were no standout elements in the presentation. It lacked professionalism, especially for a school district setting, with unclear measurement categories. Additionally, the operator altered the criteria during the meeting, which was outside her authority.

They manipulated the numbers presented to the advisory committee and didn't even feel any guilt when being caught. Shameless!
