I spent two weeks here for physical therapy. Never in my life have I seen a more horribly ran buisness! I feel for those that had to continue their lives there. The staff are poorly trained, the food is terrible, the entire building needs renovation. Please note there many good employees there, absolutely! I pray anyone seeking help for a loved one- DO NOT consider this facility! I had a nurse wake me up at 4 in the morning, yelling and screaming at me,claiming I had alcohol in my room I'm 73 years old and have not drank since I was approximately 30 years old . He continued yelling! How unprofessional can someone supposedly in charge? I have a list of similar events, I recommend you run from there and find a truly wonderful ,professionally ran home.

This care home staff truly cares about patients and their safety. I was so impressed with how the staff dealt with a difficult situation and took the time to sit down and speak to the patient and get to know him and didnt just wash their hands of him. You do not find many places like this. As the CNO of a hospital I would recommend this place to all the patients I come in contact with.

Some great staff… the administrator at least tries and help the floor staff. Some things to improve on but at least there’s a few good staff in place….
