The high school was just built, so it's fairly new. But the administration is not competent, they have a drug/gang problem, and like most Alief schools there's a lack of cultural diversity. This school is a majority black/Hispanic school with little else; which seems seems to be the norm in Alief. If diversity isn't an issue, then this is the school for you. However, if you want a school that reflects Houston as a whole you'd better look elsewhere.

This school is my choice when I begin high school, so I like/love this school along with Elsik and Kerr! I begin going to Elsik first then moved to Taylor, because Taylor is larger with more room and with the theatre.

Dont ever take Ms. Corpuz for any math subject, she'll make you suffer. Otherwise, the whole school is good
