The people working in the photo ID office are very rude. I tried to go get my ID on Monday, and before I was even through the door they were yelling at me to get out because they were having IT issues. They said that there was nothing that they could do about it, and had no idea when it would be back up. Luckily I was able to grab a card with their number on it so I could call before I came in to try again. When I called there wasn't even a 'hello' or 'how can I help you'. It was just "photo id office". I asked if they were able to print photo IDs today and I could almost hear an eye roll, with "Monday through Friday 8-4:30". Then when I went in to get my ID, I walked through the door and no one even addressed me for 10 seconds while I stood there awkwardly not knowing what to do or where to go. Overall they had horrible customer service, and were just very rude.
