My family has enjoyed a variety of classes here. The facilities have plenty of supplies for full classes. The instructors are knowledgeable and thorough. The facilities are clean. It’s a family-friendly environment. I personally am grateful for the women’s self-defense classes that are thorough, and repeated every class. That way, if I ever need the skills, my body will remember even if my brain is too stressed to remember.

Erik and Tiffany who run the Lil’ Dragons are so fantastic! We have two boys who are in the younger and older kids groups and they both have learned so much and enjoy it every week!! Definitely recommend as an activity for your kids.

We have been attending Martial arts classes in the area for almost 2 years now. We absolutely love the new dojo on O street. The new building provides a clean and safe environment to train multiple disciplines on any level. There are multiple instructors who each care deeply about their students and their individually abilities. Focusing on confidence; mental strength, courage, respect, honor, and discipline. Our family has seen an amazing change in our boy's attitudes and behavior. We highly encourage everyone to come check it out and see if there is a class that fits you and your lifestyle.

This newly built dojo contains ample space, modern equipment and professional instructors. Kids and adults of all ages attend classes throughout the week. There are classes for women's delf defense, children under 6, traditional Karate styles and tournament training. The school is active in the Colorado Karate Association tournament season and brings home trophies every month. It's a great place to get fit, learn self-defense skills that will stay with you for the rest of your life and make great friends.
