I walked in to ask if they had space for my daughter recently and I saw i child in the corner crying and one of the staff screaming at them. I felt so bad. I wish I knew who the parent was. Because that is not right. No way in hell would I let someone talk to my child in that manner. And I will say that I noticed no other staff member stopped her or help console the child. I was there for 5 mins and finally the staff member just gave up screaming and walked away, leaving the child there silently crying and looking scared. Never would I leave my baby here with these animals.
