Something really needs to change. I have not spoken with 1 person in my 2 months adventure that was helpful or even nice. The lack of empathy is insane. I feel like I have been intentionally road blocked and ran in circles, it's almost like they want to tier you out with the run around so you give up. I should have a choice in where my children go to school. I am to the point where the only way I see a resolution is to just move out of buffalo and that is just sad because I like my neighborhood but the education system here has failed.

I went there like 3 times. I waited in the line for hours just so they can tell me they’re not allowing kids to transfer schools. The time I came they said the same thing. My guidance counselor told me “u can transfer school at this time” but when I went to this office they told me “no I can’t.” Plus the bus for middle school they show up really late. I waited this cold snow for like an hour then my dad dropped me to school. The bus takes way too long to come.

The three special Ed workers ladies sitting in a room are a nightmare for parents with special Ed kids. They don't help and they don't answer questions. Unlike other workers they never get up from their seats. They formed their own little cliques and giggling away, while you try to figure out on your own which school will be best fit for your little one. They are not fit for these jobs. I cant imagine how many parent had to suffer at the hands of these three irresponsible employees.

They proud themselves on being terrible to parents. We send our children to their schools one of our most priceless possessions. Not only do the students but the parents deserve so much better than their snubby attitudes and blatant disrespect. If the employees in that office are so unhappy then please do us all a favor and find a new job!

Check your principals in your area.. stokes need 2 be fired from emerson. Sooo rude. Just read her reviews... like why is she still there. Complaints over sooo many years. I will NOT let any one attend that school if I can help it.

My daughter bus is never on time morning or afternoon bus .. So after 30 seconds of waiting on a child yall are so quick to pull off and leave but cant circle back but can drop them off and not look back to see if a parent has them or not .. I am fed up this this terrible bus service when it comes to my child .. The bus app is bullsh*t . Dispatch is rude & keeps you on hold for ever & cant get no help from them im and not Please at all if anything i am an upset DO BETTER !!
