Great teachers within the electrical program, Raz, Crosby , and Clyde were all very helpful and knowledgeable. Only warning I do have for new potential students is be aware the school does not place you onto a job when you finish school, they will send you job listings for you to apply to but do not expect to have a job lined up through the school when finishing the program. You will need to be proactive and apply to jobs on your own as well as the listings the school sends you for best results in finding a new job in your new job field

My partner is interested in looking into HVAC classes and certifications, so we decided to give this place a shot.

We were helped by the pleasant Tameryn and Gina! I absolutely loved speaking with them, they were EXTREMELY thorough and walked us through any question we had.

We firstly had an appointment with Tameryn. She assisted with more so administrative duties and preparation for our course. She was so sweet and knowledgeable! She also asked us questions about our personal lives and genuinely seemed interested in helping us get into the HVAC program (not everyone is accepted).

We decided to move forward with the HVAC program and Tameryn called about every week to check in on us, and any updates with the upcoming classes etc.

We then were assisted by Gina. She helped us through all financial aid questions. The great thing about ATI is that they give so many options for financial aid; we were given about 20~ options with down payments, monthly payments, interest, etc.

So far, it’s been a great time at ATI and my partner is looking forward to his upcoming class.

I’ll more than likely do another review once his schooling is over (in 9 months), but so far, ATI is a very professional and wonderful choice.

Enrollment and Admissions has been lackluster. I have been trying to enroll for 2 weeks and nobody has bothered getting back to me about this process, making arrangements for a visit, information about the school and courses, what is needed, etc once I have relocated to the area (which is next week at this point). A simple call or email to at least let me know they have received my inquiry and providing next steps; i.e. we are going to wait until you get moved before moving forward would have been nice. Due to this lack of response and urgency on the schools part I don't think my education will continue with them--which is disappointing.

The instructors are amazing and care not only about the students comprehending what is being taught but the ensure a high standard of the foundations needed to succeed in the field. Having just finished the plumbing course with Dave as our main instructor in the morning class has been truly eye opening and he taught us from his vast experience and the other instructors Randy and Stone had varying areas of expertise which cover an impressive range of skills within the field of plumbing. All have stated that they will be available for us to continue to pick their brains even after we are on our own. I truly believe that if you show up and put forth your efforts to succeed in your chosen profession while getting trained here at NTI you will be set up for a promising future. Now that I have finished the plumbing course, I am going to follow up with other classes here to take advantage of this amazing educational institution.

Started off with zero experience and knowledge. The program is about 9 months long, I'd say 8 months in I was offered a full time career position in Commercial refrigeration. I definitely learned a lot. The instructors are well experienced and deliver information not just from a book, but there background as well. One of the key things for me was hands on. If I can touch it, tinker with it, or break it, I'll learn faster that way. You have plenty of opportunity to get hands on, even the instructor prefer hands on approach as much as they can. Of course they have rules, they have to follow, and there are days where it's just from the book, even then they will bring items and tools so you can understand. The classes are pretty small, around 8-12 people so you don't feel left out and it's always good to ask questions. But most of the students are there just like yourself, to learn something, get a career started, Or get your credentials. The school also has flexible time from morning class or night class 5:30pm-10:30pm. Overall it's a great place to start, you just have to dedicate yourself. Its not easy, especially if you're work, and or have a family. Don't give yourself anther reasons not to go, because the years at your job you've spent you'll regret not going earlier. The instructor, counselors, financial aid, even the career services will help you out. The career service go above and beyond to make sure you get a career job. They will help you out on your resume, set up interviews, help you on how to approach a interview, and even after you finish school they will check on you to see if your still happy where you are, or will still help you get a job. Even during class they may stop by and ask or inform people that certain companies are hiring, and they will help you as best as they can. Again the school has the resources and knowledge to help you. Give them your time and it will be we'll worth it. Of course there not perfect, they lack materials, and sometimes not all the equipment is functional. You'll find some students may not be as enthusiastic or wanting to be there, which will affect you especially if your group together.

Essentially the school is a great place to learn and achieve something. I spent 10 years at a job I wasn't happy about, but I became to comfortable. I even put off going to the school, because of that and making excuses. Something click maybe it was my newborn or my future I tend to think about. But I just finally went to the school and started. It was a lot more fun then I though especially since I haven't been in school for over 9 years. I chose the Hvac program, since leave my last job and starting this career, it feel better, the security is there, money is there, and most importantly I enjoy it.

ATI does not deserve to get a one star and if I can provide no star, that would have been better suited for this school. From the start, ATI did not live up to the "sales jargon" promises they promoted to get you to join their school. Once enrolled, the failure to fulfill started. During enrollment, they promised to provide student equipment such as a laptop and other school items, but when asked, they denied this promise. The worse part, they are not Veteran friendly at all, the financial aid department is very unprofessional and not empathetic, especially the 2 ladies in the financial aid department Ashley and her Director Kristen. Just disappointing and frustrating, as these ladies and the overall school staff does not have the best interest of the students. The school also promised that they would support with job placement after graduation, what a complete joke! They had no plan or support, in fact, was surprised when I approached them about this promise. The faculty and teachers at this school do not have the education nor the background to be in the position they are in. The curriculum was not set up for student success. I watch myself and fellow student constantly struggle and the staff was not supportive in creating an environment for students to thrive and pass.

People - There are better schools options out there. I pray no one has to go through the struggles and lack of education teaching and support I experienced.
