I have been with Sports West for a year and a half and always look forward to going there for a great workout. It is clean and well maintained.
I take classes, swim, ride the bikes and use the weight machines.
The staff and fellow gym goers are all friendly.
My motivation to get to the gym is the gift I give myself of strength, good health, and a nice long steam at the end of each workout.

I love this place! I've been a member for over a decade. They are clean and friendly and are always improving the facility. This has got to be the best gym in town because no one could do better than this!

I really didn’t like my overall experience at Sports West. I initially signed up because I live half a mile from the gym and wanted to swim laps in the pool/use the gym equipment. When I toured the facility it seemed decent, and even though I was concerned about how small it was, I was told it never gets crowded. As I started to come to the gym, it seemed to always be crowded, have no room to workout, and the equipment was all old and rusted. I literally signed up in February and cancelled a month later because I didn’t like my experience and they still charged me even after I cancelled because it is there “policy” to continue to charge you $70. I even spoke with 3 different people on the phone who I explained that I paid a ton of money for startup fees, the monthly membership, and they still won’t refund me for charging me after I cancelled. It is absolutely not worth $70/month for that’s for sure. I would not recommend going here.

Also if you were really sorry you wouldn’t respond with whatever AI you used and you would just refund me for the shitty gym I just paid for.

Hands down the best gym in Reno! I’ve been a member at all the gyms here in town to find one I feel comfortable at. I have high anxiety when it comes to gyms and working out, out of all the gyms Sports West was the best. The members are awesome, the staff is amazing, the space is big and has everything you need plus a pool and a spa. I can’t see myself with another gym but Sports West. It’s a must try if you are looking for a gym that feels like home.

I really enjoy coming to Sports West! For a reasonable price the facilities are nice and people are always so friendly, both those working and other guests. I see they're making some updates, but some things remain outdated. Would definitely recommend this gym to all ages.

Love this gym. I mostly use it for swimming. They have a salt water pool, which is much easier on my skin than conventional chlorine pools. Plus, I love that you can reserve a lane and don’t have to circle or split lanes with people, just makes it really relaxing to get in a good swim without worrying about if you can keep up with other people.

I love this gym, It’s a Personal feeling with a great atmosphere. One of the only places in town that has a reliable steam room and sauna, And if there’s ever issues they get it fixed quick. I appreciate the veteran discount and that it’s staffed 24/7. Speaking of staff, They are all super friendly.

One of the best gyms in town. Variable times to workout. Nice equipment selection. Pool and hot tub option as well. Really happy with the gym and the staff.
